In simple words, a good leader has to have a heart that's bigger than his or her ego. Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with. I am inspired by passionate enthusiasm, and by optimism (nice generic answers, I know). I'm also very inspired when I see people speak out about things that matter to them, and speak up when they see wrong doings in the world.
